Terms and Conditions

General

All orders are accepted by Graham Slee Projects Limited on these conditions of sale which supersede any other terms appearing elsewhere, and unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing on Graham Slee Projects Limited documentation by a director of Graham Slee Projects Limited, these conditions of sale override and exclude any other stipulated or incorporated or referred to by the customer, whether in the order or during negotiations between Graham Slee Projects Limited and the customer.
All descriptions, illustrations, price lists or other communication to the customer are intended merely to present a general idea of the item being offered, and nothing contained in them shall form any part of the contract between Graham Slee Projects Limited and the customer.

Prices

If VAT is included in price this is indicated, otherwise prices exclude VAT.

Internet

Due to technical or unforeseen or accessibility difficulties beyond our control, this website may at any time become inaccessible to Graham Slee Projects Limited for the purposes of updating the accuracy of its contents. In no circumstances shall Graham Slee Projects Limited or its directors be liable to compensate the customer or any other person in damages or otherwise for any inaccuracy found.

Prices and descriptions indicated by third parties

No other price or description found in any other form other than shown here can be accepted as being a genuine price or description of an item offered for sale by Graham Slee Projects Limited.

Transit Delays, Non-Delivery and Late Delivery

In no circumstances shall Graham Slee Projects Limited be liable to compensate the customer in damages or otherwise for non-delivery or late delivery for whatever reason or for any loss consequential or otherwise arising from non-delivery or late delivery, except for refunding the price paid for the order or part thereof should the order or part thereof not be fulfilled.

Warranty

Graham Slee Projects Limited warrants that it will, at its opinion, replace, repair or refund the purchase price of any item supplied by Graham Slee Projects Limited in which under normal and proper use defects appear, subject to the claim being made in writing to Graham Slee Projects Limited within 24 months of date of invoice, or such other period as may be indicated by Graham Slee Projects Limited for specific items from time to time, provided that the item is returned to Graham Slee Projects Limited within that period suitably packaged and carriage paid.

Passing of Property and Risk

The risk of loss or damage to item(s) supplied shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery. The property in the item(s) supplied shall not pass to the customer until all sums due or owing to Graham Slee Projects Limited by the customer on any account have been paid.

Product Suitability

The customer shall be responsible for ensuring the fitness of any products or item for the customer's application. Graham Slee Projects Limited reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue any product or item or to apply design changes or alter specifications as part of its continuous programme of product improvement, or to assist product availability.

Returns and Handling Charge

Under United Kingdom Office of Fair Trading (OFT) Distance Selling Rules you have 7 days from receiving your order in which to cancel your contract of purchase - You must give notice in writing that you are cancelling. We accept cancellation by confirmed e-mail or post. Do not return anything until we contact you - You must then return the goods within 28 days.

If you return the order unopened there will be no deduction but if it has been opened we will deduct a £30 handling charge from the net price paid for the product being returned, for inspection testing and repackaging. In either case we will also deduct our shipping charge from your refund.

Order Acceptance

We may refuse to accept orders that do not contain a contact telephone number. We may refuse to accept orders that contain a PO Box address. We refuse to accept orders if our transaction handler (PayPal) alerts us with a Caution or a Warning about your transaction. These things can be avoided by entering your details CORRECTLY in ALL boxes, and/or ensuring the above delivery details are visible to merchants in the customer's PayPal account. An e-mail receipt from PayPal is not proof of order acceptance - it simply confirms they have received your transaction. We will send you an e-mail to let you know we have authorised acceptance, or some communication to let you know your order has been shipped. If an order is declined we will send you an e-mail inviting you to try again. Acknowledgement of order acceptance will be made as promptly as possible, but at times may be delayed due to pressure of workload.

Payment Terms

The online shop (at http://www.audiocontrol.co.uk) takes payment by credit/debit card via PayPal, or PayPal members funds. You can also order by email and pay by requesting we e-mail you a PayPal money request or PayPal invoice, or ask for an INVOICE and pay by: STERLING CHEQUE drawn on a UK bank; A BANK WIRE TRANSFER; or a PERSONAL CHEQUE (UK customers only).
All payments must be made without any set-off deduction or counterclaim.

Professional Accounts

All terms and conditions hereon shall apply, and in addition: In no circumstances shall a Professional Account be used to obtain products or items for retail sale to members of the public except where used incorporated into an installation necessitating the incorporation of that product or item by a permanent means.
A Professional Account does not indicate the availability of credit.

Copyrights and Patents

All products or items for sale by Graham Slee Projects Limited are subject to any patent, trademark, registered design or copyright or other right of any person. The contents of this website or any materials published or supplied by Graham Slee Projects Limited are the copyright of Graham Slee Projects Limited and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without the written permission of Graham Slee Projects Limited.

Liability

There shall be no condition or warranty, expressed or implied binding Graham Slee Projects Limited as to the quality of the goods supplied nor that they will be suitable for any particular purpose or for use under any specific conditions. Under no circumstances whatsoever will any liability be accepted for damages or consequential loss arising in connection with any goods or material of any description supplied by Graham Slee Projects Limited.

Specific Condition of Sale

Graham Slee Projects Limited reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person. In the event that Graham Slee Projects Limited declines to accept an order in respect of which payment has been received, the full amount of such payment will be refunded.
