Your questions

Is there any way I can audition this product before I buy?

Answer: It would be best to audition at one of our dealers who have the facilities, but if that's not an option and you don't mind paying our restocking fee (£30) you could buy it here and use the distance selling code of practice to your advantage. Within 7 days of delivery write (a read receipted email is OK) and let us know you are returning the product. You then have a period of 21 days (28 in total) in which to return it and in theory you could continue to use the product. When you discover just how good it is you'll want to keep it - just let us know. If not then simply send it back before the end of the 28 days from receipt. We will refund your transaction less the outbound shipping and the £30 re-stocking fee within 21 days.

What if I order by mistake?

Answer: Don't unpack the parcel (all paperwork is on the outside) and inform us in writing within 7 days and send the unpacked parcel back within 28 days. We will refund your transaction less the outbound shipping. If you do unpack the parcel it will also be subject to a £30 re-stocking fee deduction from your refund.

Can you refund in cash or by cheque?

Answer: We are sorry but we have to comply with money laundering laws. We can only refund to your original transaction.
